02 — Surface Preparation
Diamond grinding. Shot blasting. Our team walks every metre. CSP 3–4 profile. No shortcuts. The prep is 80% of the job.
03 — Primer Application
Low-viscosity epoxy primer penetrates deep — locking the surface, sealing pores, eliminating outgassing.
04 — Epoxy System Pour
Self-levelling epoxy at 2–5 mm. Mixed to ratio, poured, spread, de-aired with spiked rollers.
05 — The Dazlac Finish
High-gloss polyurethane topcoat. Seamless. Chemical-resistant. Zero dust. Built to outlast the building it covers.
